Local Guide - Map Placement

Why is Local Guide, the map, fixed as the #2 spot in the Info tab? Enable users to move it / edit it’s name. Tie it back to the “Local Area Guide” that contains all the Google Places that populate the map, so users only see one Local Guide with both the map and the google place items.
