At the moment the Hub’s navigation is the same for everyone. On mobile, the main tabs are Guidebooks, Messaging and Contacts, and everything else sits behind More, including Store.
That order suits hosts whose day is content and guest messaging. It works badly for hosts whose day is orders. If you run a Store, accepting an order means going through More every single time, and orders come in throughout the day and need answering quickly. The task you repeat most often is buried one level deeper than the ones you rarely open.
The request is simple: let each host decide which features occupy the main navigation slots. Someone running a Store could put Store there in place of something they seldom use. Someone using Tasks daily could promote that instead.
It would make the Hub fit how each business actually runs, rather than assuming everyone works the same way.
