In the US, audio messages are now compatible with both Apple and Android smartphones - sent via SMS, RCS, or iCloud messaging. If it were possible to record audio messages in TS that can be used for manual and scheduled messages via the Memo feature, we could create another layer of connection with our guests. Perhaps a transcript could be made available if needed.
